Jack (to) — перевод глагола зависит от того, что там дальше следует.
Jack around (to) = (*)to fart around = (*)to screw around — всего-навсего бездельничать. Характер приведенных синонимов ясно показывает какие эмоции вызывает у американцев пустое времяпровождение (это ведь сленг!). Мы как-то спокойнее, даже нежнее относимся ко всяким посиделкам-поговорилкам.
Jack up (to) — более многозначный глагол, учитывая многосмысленность составляющих его частей. Наиболее распространенный смысл в, так сказать, общем контексте - стимулировать, увеличивать (например, взвинчивать цену). Но у наркоманов - в полном согласии с общим смыслом - это уже будет то же что to shoot up, а именно - вколоть. А у братков американских значение будет - арестовать.
Jacked up — находящийся в напряженном состоянии - либо от чего-то восхитительного либо, напротив, от стресса.

Jack off (to) — заниматься онанизмом. Более мягкий синоним: to play with (oneself). Мы знаем, что в Америке принято неприличные слова сокращать, от чего он и как бы слегка оприличниваются. В данном случае получился популярный термин (*)(to...) J.O. Понятно, что эти термины можно использовать и в переносном смысле как ругательства:(*)

Jackass — осел, в прямом и переносном смысле.Есть передача с таким названием на MTV - телеотчет о проделках практических шутников. По материалам этой передачи фильм недавно вышел. Какого рода шутки? (Чтобы пояснить смысл термина.) Ну, скажем, вот из фильма: пришли в отдел сантехники в большом универмаге, где унитазы на показ выставлены, и один герой натурально снял штаны и наложил в демонстрационный образец. Jackass право слово, чего с него возьмешь! И мы с Трахтенберговской "Деньги не пахнут" м Чьей-не-помним "Наградой за смелость" идем тем же путем! United Irish Way! (см. выше). -
